  These guys are pros its a family business. People that know what quality work is come here plain and simple. They've been in business for decades because they won't turn out anything less than perfect. With that said just know that good things take time; Connie is a sweet but tough lady (meaning she won't put up with your crap) if you want "it" done right this is your shop from high end chandeliers to window latch refinishing they do it all.

  The proprietress apparently has beef with the guy who does the plating, and she took that out on me. I called to confirm that my job could be done before I drove an hour out of my way, asked to speak to Mark (the plater, a pleasant guy I had spoken to previously), and she asked why I wanted to talk to him, said I should be talking to her instead, and proceeded to hang up on me. I found someone else to do my work.
