  I had the most Amazing customer service experience here at this location. The sales associates were very inviting and engaging. I first encountered one of the managers there whom was Dennis. I explained the situation that I had from a previous store and what my needs were. I had several questions and concerns which he not only answered he had a resolution with a bonus. Along with allowing me to find the item I needed. He also honor an amazing price point to meet my needs. I was so thankful because I drove 16 miles to this location which was well worth it. This store’s energy was very inviting and it felt like home or place where I wanted to take something home to my home. After, making contact with Dennis he handed me over to Jesse whom was just as pleasant and super professional. He gave me room to shop, make a decision, and assured me whatever my purchasing decision is that he would take care of me. I would recommend this store in the Southern California region if you plan to buy at Ashley’s.
