  This was a very frustrating experience. Communication regarding my order was lacking. Was told it had been shipped and when attempting to find out the delivery date that was not available - don't know why. When told follow up calls would be made they were not. Felt the customer service was extremely poor. You will need to be very proactive regarding your order and double check status. It was a great test for patience. Very disappointed with the service and will never ever utilize Friedmans again!!!

  Excellent experience! Arrived on time, completed work in an acceptable time frame and explained the operation of washer and dryer. Also, Sean and his helper removed the old washer and dryer and all trash.

  What a great place to shop for appliances! Prices are competitive for all high-end items, and the sales people (in our case Lisi Brown) are knowledgeable and super customer orientated. For us it truly was a very pleasant experience, and at the end we felt like we gained a friend. We will from now on only shop at Friedman's for kitchen and bath. We felt welcome and at home as soon as we walked in the door.
