  F**k this place I just went their and their car wash machine was broke again. The first time it broke I was inside the machine and the rollers of the car in front of me stop working while mine kept rolling causing my car to hit the one in front. I didn't even finish my wash and complained and all they said was they were going to review the camera and never again heard from them. Now I'm rolling around with f***ing scratches on my bumper.

  I have been coming here for years, but never again. I parked on the pump right in front of the front desk and for some reason I gave the wrong pump instead of 8 I said 7. Within seconds I notice an error and ran back inside. I notified the employee and she told me I'm responsible for the amount lost, after having me waiting for 15 minutes while they reviewed tape. Wow. It was only 20 and a 7 car wash. If they would have handle this in timely manner I would have recovered the 20 gas, but it my fault! Surely not Customer friendly any other company would have fix the problem. Also, management not professional. He was rude and frustrated. I will be contacting corporate because I did not see a policy or liability poster anywhere stating customer are responsible for honest mistakes like that one.

  I've had three cars serviced here over the years. The tech's Mike and Tran always give great service. The car wash recently added is a benefit as well. Not an amazing wash, but best for the price.
