But when I ran into a problem, I learned that their support is nonexistent. With "PANDORA" painted on the face of the radio, you would expect Pandora to work well, but it doesn't. It worked fine at first, but soon got stuck in a mode where it only shows "READING", "CONNECT ERROR", or "CHECK DEVICE". I contacted Kenwood about the issue and they pointed the finger at Pandora. I contacted Pandora and they pointed the finger at Kenwood. Since doing a paperclip-assisted hard reset on the stereo temporarily fixes the problem, I blame Kenwood.
