  Where do I begin. My husband and I custom built my Mark Schneider engagement ring and wedding set around diamonds we had gotten from his Mother that passed away prior to our wedding. Needless to say, this set holds a lot of sentimental value and significance. I was needing to find someone that could solder and polish my intricate ring set but had no Mark Schneider retailers anywhere near me in San Antonio, TX. I went on the Mark Schneider website and used the “contact us” function to explain my situation and the services I was needing. I received an extremely prompt reply from Danielle and her and I worked closely to get my rings from San Antonio to California! A week later and my wedding set is safely back to me and looks amazing! I can’t thank Danielle enough for her exceptional customer service and communication with me throughout this process. Danielle even replied to an email I sent regarding tracking information on my rings on her day off! A huge thank you also goes to the skilled jeweler who made my 3 piece set look like a 1 piece set seamlessly and looks brand new! I am very hard on jewelry and I sent my ring set in looking worn, dull from all the scratches, and lackluster to say the least. The photo below is the magical work they did and I am so pleased with the outcome! Thank you all!
