Not only did he help me properly adjust it to a suitable size, but he nicely gave me various options on how to get it done and he gave me great info about some other products he could help me out with for affordable rates. And, on top of that, he adjusted my necklace for me for free!!! I'll certainly be back to Mimo for any watch or jewelry stuff I need in the future.
