  why people have ATT $ervice still amazes me. So get this..tried to call them on phone at this store..no answer. So I go in and all 4 sales people standing around doing nothing. I wanted to get a go phone (lol "burner phone") to activate on existing service for a relative and they tell me no prob but they have to add 30.00 for activation. So sales person tells me to get the phone at best buy or walmart and activate for free by calling att cust service (free). Thanks ATT employee!! Hey with employees like that ATT will be doing well in the future
