  People waiting in line. Manager at front, 4 other people at front. 2 in registers. 1 manager who just walked off. They get another woman to open a register. She rings up my purchases and then realizes as I go to hand her cash she says they didn't open the register. She tries to get it to open...and tries...and tries. FINALLY she gets the register to work. Takes out my purchases and rings them up again. I say to her: let's hope it works. She 'scolds' me and says: 'It won't take long.' I already spent 20 minutes behind ONE woman who was already waiting sometime. Then I had to wait for the clerk to 'open' her register at gate 6, which didn't open. I got to this store early to get in and out. The clerk was rude and sourly. While walking throughout this location most of the clerks looked miserable. Won't be coming back here. Gave 2 stars because they are hardly busy and they have a good selection of gift items. Negative 3 stars for piss poor service!
