I had a lens get jammed after several years of use and they honored my warranty immediately. It was repaired within a week! The staff is always extremely accomadating and friendly. They are a neighborhood shop, so don't expect them to have everything a large New York megastore would carry; however, I definitely recommend going there before looking anywhere else.
